Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within 5 days of receiving your return. As soon as we have confirmation from the warehouse, we'll refund your payment to the original payment source. We'll drop you an email when the refund has been processed, it might take a few days for the bank to clear the funds but usually it's instant.

Typically, we fire off your order confirmation straight to your email once your voyage is set in stone. But if that trusty pigeon hasn't reached your nest within 24 hours, it might be time to hoist the sails and set a course for info@barbarossabrothers.com.

Before you embark on that journey, though, cast your spyglass over the vast expanse of your mailbox. Sometimes, those pesky order confirmations find themselves marooned in the spam or junk folder. Give 'em a rescue mission before you sound the alarm!

Why has my order been canceled?

We don't cancel orders willy-nilly. Typically, it's because we've hit rocky waters with our stock, or perhaps you've given us the nod to walk the plank on your order. Arr, there's also the possibility that those scurvy payment details have raised the black flag of fraudulence.

If your order's been scuppered because of a problem on our end, our apologies! We'll offer you an alternative treasure from our bounty, or we'll hand over the doubloons and process your refund quicker than you can say "aye, aye, captain!"

How do I cancel my order?

There's only a small window of opportunity between when you cast your anchor and when we set sail with your loot. If you send us a missive via info@barbarossabrothers.com posthaste, we might just be able to scuttle your order before it hits the high seas of fulfillment.

But if the ship's already left the harbour, fear not! You can still bring it back to port once it reaches you. Simply receive your treasure, and if it's not to your liking, you can send it back to us.

Can I alter my order?

Depending on how recently you placed your order, we may be able to update it before it's fulfilled. Drop us an email info@barbarossabrothers.com, and we'll try our best to update.

For our UK customers, expect your package within 3 business days. Delivery speed depends on the option you choose at checkout. Whether it's next day, 24-hour, or 48-hour delivery, we've got you covered. And if you order before 1 pm, we'll dispatch it the same day. 

For international orders, it may take a bit longer—typically 3-10 business days. Again, timing depends on the service you pick. From our warehouse to your doorstep, we'll ensure your package arrives safe and sound.

Keep in mind, orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. And keep an eye on your order confirmation for tracking details—they'll keep you updated on your package's whereabouts.

Can I return or exchange an item?

You've got 30 days from the moment you purchase to return for any reason, even if the product has been used. If you're not happy, you can send it back to us for a full refund, no questions asked. 

If you encounter any product issues within 12 months, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. The only exception is products like blades and shaving heads that need to be replaced more regularly.

How do I return an item?


You've got 30 days from the moment you purchase to decide you're happy with your goods. If you find yourself on the return voyage within this window, head over to our trusty online portal. Be sure to tell us why you're sending your product back so we can deal with it correctly.

Our online system will generate a pre paid label and returns are either free, if the product is faulty, or the shipping costs are deducted from your refund if it's simply a change of mind.


If you find yourself beyond the 30-day mark but still in need of a product replacement. Just select the exchange option and provide us with the details. We might ask for photos or a video to avoid you having to return the product, making it easier to get a quick solution.

What do I do if I lose my return note?

We can locate your order details on our system, just let us know the order number or name / email address associated with the order and we can do the rest. Drop us us a message if you need support locating the details.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

If it appears that the order you've received isn't quite up to par, don't worry! We're here to help you navigate through any issues:

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, simply take some photos and email them to our customer service team along with the details. We'll promptly respond within 24 hours to provide the best solution.
