We like to think so! Our pirate forefathers, the Barbarossa Brothers, conquered the Mediterranean during the mid 16th century. From skullduggerous pirates to leaders of the Ottoman empire, they are the inspiration behind our brand and collections. Today they represent our battle against the international corporations who sell plastic razors and expensive blades.
If being pirates wasn't enough of a reason, we are also an independent, family run, business that puts crew satisfaction over profits. We are all about building long term relationships. To back that up, every order includes a 100% satisfaction guarantee plus a 1 year warranty on all products.

We want you to be 100% happy with your order. If there's an issue, let us know and we'll do everything we can to sort things out. If we need you to send the product back we have an easy returns process. We will send you a pre paid label and you can drop off at a convenient local pickup point. You can start a return or exchange here.
We dispatch products very quickly so you'll need to get in touch immediately to see if we can update your address. Contact us with your order number and correct address. If we can't change the address, we will need to wait until the order is flagged as being returned then will send a replacement order to the correct address.
We dispatch orders during the working week, Monday to Friday. Standard delivery via Yodel takes 2-4 days with most orders arriving in 48 hours. Express delivery is sent via DPD, it takes 1-2 days and offers more detailed tracking and delivery options. All orders above £15 are sent via a tracked service and tracking details will be sent to your email when dispatched. We aim to dispatch the same day if ordered before 1pm. Orders after this time may be dispatched depending on how busy the warehouse is.
Relax comrade, we never leave anyone behind. Firstly allow for the full delivery period before contacting us and keep an eye on tracking to see how the order is progressing. If the order is marked as delivered but not received, please check safe spots and surrounding neighbours. If you can't locate, please email email@example.com with your order number. We will then raise an investigation with the courier, this can take 2-3 days. If the courier is at fault, we will send a replacement order.
