Men aren't born, they're made.

Think of the men you admire most...

And you'll realise they all share one trait:

They weren't born into greatness...

They were forged into greatness.

Heated to melting point in the crucible of challenge...

Hardened in resolve by the hammer blows of failure....

And eventually smithed into a weapon of steely triumph.

Men are forged, not born.

And yes, this process is painstakingly hard.

There's no "out".

There's no shortcut.

And there'll be zero sympathy when you stumble.

But as the great Theodore Roosevelt said,

"Never throughout history has a man who lived a life of ease left a name worth remembering."

Amen.
